Build high-performance, scalable, and distributed systems. Work with Java, Spring, Reactor, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis and MySQL to enhance our product, ensuring safety, efficiency, and responsiveness. Maintain and collaborate on internal tools for monitoring, debugging, and optimizing applications at scale. Ensure observability, reliability, and fault tolerance across all services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, UX Designers and Product Managers. Maintain a strong focus on code quality, security, and best practices in software development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Production-level experience in backend development using JVM/Java. Knowledge in SQL and no-SQL databases as Redis and MySQL. Knowledge in asynchronous message processing using Kafka and RabbitMQ. Deep understanding of the Spring Framework. Deep understanding of distributed systems and experience building high-scale microservices and event-driven architectures. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with observability, logging, and monitoring tools for debugging and performance analysis. Experience with Kotlin. Experience with Reactor. Benefits We cover 100% of medical and dental plans for Sinchers and eligible dependents through Bradesco Saúde.
