We are actively seeking a Sr. Support Engineer, SAP FI-FSCD to join our remote team in Brazil. If you are passionate about solving complex challenges, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence in support, come be a part of our team!

What We're Looking For (Essential Experience & Knowledge)

• 10+ years of experience with SAP FSCD, with a strong focus on configuring collections and disbursements processes.
• Solid experience with SAP FI (AP/AR), especially in environments integrated with FSCD.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with S/4HANA.
• Proven track record in AMS support environments, focusing on incident resolution and continuous improvement.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of insurance processes: premiums, claims, coinsurance, and brokerage.
• Experience with fiscal and regulatory localizations (Brazil and LATAM are a significant plus).
• Ability to propose and implement functional enhancements and customizations.
• Languages: Proficient in Technical English (reading and writing); Spanish is a bonus!

Key Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Act as an SAP FSCD functional specialist, ensuring effective resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and propose definitive solutions for recurring issues.
• Lead functional improvements and system evolutions, aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with key users and business areas to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications for new developments and enhancements.
• Actively participate in integrated testing and user acceptance.
• Support technical teams in analyzing integrations between modules (FI, FSCD, FS‑PM, FS‑CM).
• Operate in compliance with change management and IT governance processes.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base development.
• Work in a remote, multicultural environment, collaborating with local and global teams.

Your Differentiators (What impresses us!)

• Knowledge of multiple SAP modules (4.x & ECC).
• Experience with global implementations and country‑specific localizations.
• Consulting background.
• ITIL Certification and/or knowledge of Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Education & Language Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required.
