Job Description
SEE, a global leader in packaging solutions, seeks an exceptional Plant Director to oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement at our Jaguariúna, Brazil facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will inspire and engage employees, optimize processes, and ensure policies and procedures are followed to deliver high-quality products on time and in an eco-friendly manner.

You should have a strong background in managing teams, budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources. Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise is also expected.
Skills
Excellent team building, decision-making, and people management skills are crucial. You should be knowledgeable about safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes. The ability to create accountability and lead by example is essential.
