Must Haves
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development;
- Experience with Handlebars, Mustache, or a similar front-end templating language;
- Strong skills in at least one server-side language, preferably PHP or Elixir;
- Experience writing code to consume and interpret data from APIs;
- Deep understanding of web technology fundamentals (e.g., client-server architecture, HTTP request-response lifecycle);
- Ability to quickly learn and contribute to unfamiliar legacy tech stacks;
- Excellent communication, teamwork, humility, and curiosity;
- Full-stack sensibility with frontend/UX specialization;
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with the Drupal, Phoenix, and React frameworks;
- Experience with RDBMSs like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.;
- Familiarity with the MVC software design pattern.
