**What would your role look like?**:
- Business administration and support to Chr. Hansen distributor in Brazil aiming the development of the business in the country and Latin America;
- Investigate and map business opportunities in Latam;
- Team leadership to support the local PH team, guidance them with the local and corporate strategy;
- Keep a positive collaboration environment with PH team, supporters and customers.
- Monitor sales and market development and report to the head office about performance of new and existing products on the market and other activities related to the business (competition, releases, acquisitions etc.);
- Develop technical and commercial strategies with customers;
- Co-create and implement the commercial development strategy;
- Hold the responsibility for alignment between production/supply/quality/regulatory and the Plant Health business;
- Provide local support to registration process of new products;
- Develop protocols;
- Check the contracts;
- Follow up of trials;
- Report the results;
- Build a close relation to key customers, distributors and KOL;
- Provide technical support to vendors (internal and external);
- Guide customers on questions/problems, solve quality problems/customer complaints, guide customers and sales team in the use of products.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Graduated in Agronomy Eng. or other sufficient education*
- New Product Development*
- Can coordinate complex trials and be an advisor to our customers*
- Has a min of 5-10 years of experience in the industry and can hit the ground running*
- Has excellent networking skills and can represent CH in any setting
- Could grow in the role and likely take a leading position for a small team in a few years
- Field experiment trial design and evaluation*
- Advanced English*
- Technical communication and presentation
- Market and Marketing Skills
- Strategic Planning and Business negotiation
