**Job Description Summary**: Operations manager focused on Overhead Cranes portfolio responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution and develop a multi functional team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead an ITR structure (ITO to OTR process) which included Application Engineering, Engineering, Project Management and On site team;
- Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for small-medium sized projects mainly focused on modernization scope
- Development of technical and commercial offering
- Be part of Long term strategy development
- Understand market dynamics and drive sales team to increase pipeline activities
- Review CMR (actual margin vs as sold) and Utilization for variable team
- Comply with internal process (KYC, TRO, DOA’s)
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
