Customer Support Engineer / Field Technical Support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Provide technical customer support.

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents with strong problem-solving skills.

• Diagnose technical issues and remotely provide solutions to service technicians.

• Build and evolve the technical knowledge base of products.

• Create, maintain, and update indicators (KPIs).

• Conduct data analysis and troubleshooting.

• Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

• Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL) to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis. Plus: Experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., Amazon) for handling big data.

• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for creating and maintaining dashboards.

Education, Experience, and Knowledge:

• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills are required.

• Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective team interactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English language competency required.

• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated high level of accuracy.
