**Job Description**:
Avery Dennison is seeking an experienced individual to lead the implementation of our next generation Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics solutions across the LATAM region. As part of our broader Oracle ERP transformational initiative, we will be implementing Oracle Finance, BI and Supply Chain over the coming years.

In this key role, as a BI and Analytics Lead, you will liaise between the internal functional and technical teams, as well as our external partners, to drive this business critical initiative. You will work closely with the regional and global ERP stakeholders to prepare, plan and lead the execution of our BI roadmap. Reporting into the IT ERP Delivery Lead you will fulfill the following responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partnership - Establishing strong relationships with the various Latin America business stakeholders and functional process owners. Also with the various regional and global IT stakeholders to ensure global strategies and standards are being followed.
- Change Management - Facilitate and support the necessary change management activities including but not limited to adoption of BI solutions, enabling self-service and data literacy across functions in the region.
- Driving Innovation - In addition to realizing ERP BI business benefits, you will also focus on new BI and Analytics opportunities to drive continuous business growth, innovation and productivity.

ERP Planning & Portfolio Management - In close collaboration with the regional IT Partner, Global Data and Analytics and IT PMO team, you will support the regional BI and Analytics portfolio planning and prioritization. This also includes supporting the future state ERP BI process mapping, designs and transition plan.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a major in IT, Business Administration or Computer Science. A Masters degree would be an advantage but not a must
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle BI solutions (prem or cloud) is a must have, ideally within a manufacturing industry
- Minimum of 2 full life cycle Oracle BI and/or Analytics Cloud implementations experience is a must
- Diverse Data and Analytics technology background covering data integration, analytics, quality and Master Data Management (e.g. Oracle, Informatica, IBM, IoT etc.)
- Good functional business understanding, to ensure that functional requirements are mapped into standard Oracle functionality
- Strong change management skills to support operationalising solutions, and ability to support business transformation initiatives.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relations with business and IT stakeholders
- Ability of seeing the whole picture and delivering results in a partnering and collaborative style.
- Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to facilitate the implementation of sophisticated solutions to complex requirements.
- Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
- Sound knowledge of process mapping and process optimization
- Sense of responsibilities
- Travel within the LATAM regions required during planning and execution, if and when possible
