To Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.
**As a Analista de Atendimento ao Cliente, you will be responsible for**:
- Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers;
- Handling standardized products with pre-defined options and also targeted clients;
- Contributing to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set;
- Discussing sales approach with manager;
- Leading a department of medium-large personnel costs;
- Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree (studying last semester) in Administration, International Relations, Engineering and/or related from an accredited university or college;
- Be able to communicate in English (Advanced level) and Portuguese (Native/ Fluent).
