Role Summary:

Carry out the tax classification, generate and check the inflows and outflows of goods and services, as well as prepare the calculation and collect the taxes, in order to comply with the legislation and meet the deadlines for closing the fiscal area.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up, provide support, and advice on tax procedures and current legislation. Analyze improvement processes, through suggestions for improvement, providing efficient and productive work.
2. Analyze the taxes derived from the operations carried out, verifying the nature to which it is intended.
3. Reconcile and analyze the accounting accounts pertinent to the fiscal area.
4. Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.
5. Pay taxes according to procedure.
6. Keep up-to-date on current federal, state, and municipal tax laws, guiding the other areas regarding fiscal upgrades and efficiency in their operations.
7. Prepare the calculation of taxes related to the tax movement (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, and others).
8. Prepare and issue tax returns according to deadlines (DMA, DMD, SINTEGRA, DCTF, DACOM, DIRF, DIPJ, etc.).

Requirements:

1. A degree in the related job field.
2. 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
3. Willing to relocate to the job location.
