Role Summary:
Supervise the Shared Services area in the company's Forestry Unit, acting as a facilitator of all Transport subsystems; Food and Cleaning, developing and implementing local and corporate policies in order to maintain and optimize the area's activities, programs, and services in line with the company's strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of the provision of food service, reaching a target stipulated in the supply satisfaction survey, maintaining the quality of service provision and compliance with the KPI provided for in the contract;
• Daily monitoring of the provision of transport services for employees, reaching a target stipulated in the supply satisfaction survey, maintaining the quality of service provision and compliance with the KPI provided for in the contract;
• Daily monitoring of the provision of general cleaning service (base and nurseries), building maintenance (base), reaching a target stipulated in the service satisfaction survey, maintaining the quality and compliance with the KPI provided for in the contract;
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of documentation for service providers (bus/taxi, maintenance/building cleaning, food), to meet the demands of the company's internal and external audit. As well as compliance with deadlines for legal actions;
• Send monthly cost report from the SC area;
• Ensure monthly follow-up regarding audit pending issues, preventing recurrences in non-conforming points, ensuring that the processes are correctly carried out;
• Weekly monitoring of time attendance records at all times (base and nurseries);
• Have experience with SAP;
• Know and comply with quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental policies determined by the company, ensuring that the area's requirements and standards correspond to the system adopted by the company.

Requirements:

• A degree in the related job field.
• 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
