We are seeking a Fullstack Node & React Developer to join our dynamic Production Support Team on one of CI&T's largest accounts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our production systems built on Node and React.
**Your mission**:
- Provide technical expertise and support for our production systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements and bug fixes to improve system performance and user experience.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and efficiency.
**You must have**:
- Strong proficiency in **Node** with a solid understanding of their ecosystems and libraries;
- Advanced English skills (to write and communicate);
**You will stand out if you have**:
- Any experience with GraphQL is a plus
- Problem-solving and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
