We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Fullstack Developer to join our team on a customer experience personalization project within Marketing Automation Platforms.

This role will require you to work 100% onsite at our office in Campinas as part of a development squad, collaborating closely with a major American investment client.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solutions using Marketing Automation Tools.
2. Customize and extend functionalities within those Marketing Automation Tools to meet project requirements.
3. Ensure that solutions follow security and performance best practices.
4. Create and maintain design and other documentation required by the clients.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and challenges, providing guidance and solutions.
6. Communicate with the customer’s team members and align technical solutions.
7. Understand requirements and provide viable technical solutions by choosing appropriate frameworks.
8. Willingness to learn deeply about any Marketing Automation tools as required by the client.

Requirements for this challenge:

1. Solid experience working in a cloud environment.
2. Backend skills: Java, Spring, REST frameworks.
3. Development using Angular or another frontend-focused language.
4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
5. Systems/Applications Integration experience.
6. Openness to acquiring the skills required for developing solutions through marketing automation tools.
7. Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, or related fields.
8. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

1. Experience as a developer using any of these platforms: Marketo, Seismic, WorkFront/Fusion.

Important: Availability to work on-site daily at our Campinas office.
