What your new challenge will look like
- Building up, developing and leading your team of supply chain analysts and engineers
- Tactical planning and optimization of our clients’ transportation networks
- Identifying optimization potentials with your team to comply with the transportation budget as well as guaranteeing the smooth and fast implementation into the client’s network
- Taking on management and entrepreneurial responsibility with your team
Why you belong at 4flow
- Master’s degree in engineering or business, specialization in logistics/supply chain management is a strong asset
- Relevant work experience in transportation or logistics planning, preferably in the automotive industry
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Excellent analytical skills as well as a structured and result-oriented work approach
- High customer-orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Winning attitude and strong communicator at all organizational levels (English and/or German). French or Spanish would be beneficial
