About the Role:
We're on the lookout for an Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering Team and drive our growth forward. As the Engineering Manager, you'll hold a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, positioning yourself for exceptional career advancement opportunities within our Engineering team.
What You’ll Do:
- Take charge of Human Capital for the Project: overseeing hiring, retention, and termination, along with compensation plans and motivation strategies.
- Assist in defining and monitoring metrics and KPIs for the teams.
- Ensure correct execution of team coordination and development processes.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies and ensure compliance.
- Foster a collaborative engineering culture aligned with our company values.
You Must Have:
- Over 10 years of experience in Software Development roles within relevant companies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
