Activities
Manage stock: help to control the stock and plan the quantity to make the shipments;
Plan transportation: organize material transportation, choose the best routes and suppliers (efficient and cost), follow up shipments and receivings;
Orders preparing: receive, prepare orders, and correct shipment;
Storage: make the storage of products > organization, insurance and space;
Tracking: systems and technologies that make to track the product and help to identify potential problems;
Solve problems: identify and solve logistic problems, such as delays in forecast, damages in products or suppliers issues;
Cooperation with suppliers and transportation companies: maintain efficiency relationships to have a good operation;
Data analysis: collect and analyze logistic data to identify improvements in the operation to reduce costs without affect quality and efficiency.
