What your new challenge will look likeAs Supply Chain Analyst you will be responsible supporting iTMS Launch projects by taking over responsibility for dedicated working packages, including the implementation of processes, services & software. This position not only requires a deep understanding of supply chain concepts, network design and optimization, but the ability to apply your working knowledge and drive changes to internal and external processes.The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role within the account team and their work is vital to the success of the account.Performing process design & alignment with customer teamsEvaluating master data quality and preparing data sets for iTMS uploadsConducting process and IT trainings with key stakeholders (customer, supply chain partners)Aligning reporting requirements and setting up dashboardsPerform non-customer tasks through active participation in internal knowledge management (e.g. in-house trainings, key-user teams)Participate in the 4flow training & development program.Why you belong at 4flowBachelor’s degree preferably in a technical or business field of study (ideally with a major in Logistics/Supply Chain Management).Some practical experience in transportation, materials planning or supply chain management through internships or other means.Knowledge in the field of logistics/supply chain managementProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams/PowerApps)Project management experience and comfort level working in cross-functional teams.High level of competence in the areas of systematic-analytical skills, process thinking, conceptual skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability.Fluency in English, both written and spokenWhat we offerCome join us! 4flow offers a clearly defined vision, excellent job security, and outstanding opportunities for your individual development.
