About the role You will be part of our primary contact with Pharma division customers , to deliver excellence in customer experience, providing professional communication, building trusted relationships with our final and internal customers. We’re looking for a dedicate & passionate by customer experience person for this position! Key responsibilities Responsibilities: Customer’s focal point Receiving purchase orders from our customers & adding on the system accordingly Monitoring the orders closely Sending documentation Communication & Negotiation with the internal teams as sales, planning, export, financial & quality (In Brazil & plants abroad) Using Sales Force tool for communication thought cases. Qualifications and skills Customer service oriented Negotiation skills Very good communication SAP mandatory English advanced Spanish desirable Sales Force experience desirable. Type of contract: Temporary 6 months with possibility to extend
