Lead the planning, execution, performance management, and reporting of demand generation campaigns aligned with commercial objectives and growth strategies Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns using email marketing, lead nurturing, lead management, social media, digital advertising, and marketing automation tools Partner with Commercial Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams to translate campaign strategies into execution plans and measurable outcomes Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on campaign management best practices Collaborate with Sales teams to maximize lead conversion, improve opportunity creation, and enhance campaign effectiveness Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with Key Account Managers Leverage customer intelligence, content, analytics, and market insights to measure performance and drive continuous improvement Drive process optimization and digital transformation through marketing automation, CRM platforms, ABM technologies, internal stakeholders, and external agencies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college Extensive experience in Digital Marketing and Demand Generation, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful campaigns 3+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, lead generation, or a related marketing function Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools Experience in 6sense considered an advantage Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and pipeline development strategies Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively across global teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, process improvement, and delivering measurable business results Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Digital Marketing and Demand Generation, with a strong focus on campaign management, lead generation, and the use of marketing automation tools. Proven ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and collaborate effectively across teams to drive measurable business results.
