About the role You are accountable for the partner's transformation succeeding: the right problems chosen, the sponsor active, the change adopted. You operate at C-level and at depot level in the same week. Where a technical decision does not serve adoption, you decide. What you'll do Own the partner's change outcome — not a comms plan, not a training calendar, measured adoption after go-live. Diagnose resistance (money, status, workload) before prescribing training or process. Coach partner executives who do not report to you; keep the sponsor active through the full cycle. Decide which problems the squad works on, in conversation with the Technical Implementation & Delivery Manager and the Senior Developer. Build and run the change approach using a structured methodology (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, HCMBOOK or equivalent) through to behaviour change. Mobilise BEES pillars and Solutions Engineering through the TIDM; escalate when a technical shortcut would kill adoption. Travel with the squad into warehouses, call centres and depots — this role is not done from a meeting room. What you'll need Strong experience in consulting or corporate transformation, and minimum 3 years leading organisational change end-to-end, and minimum 2 years on technology-enabled or digital transformation, and exposure to consumer goods, retail or distribution. Experience leading change using a structured methodology through to measured adoption, not only to go-live. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and to coach senior executives who do not report to you. Track record of working inside another company's operation, at leadership level and on the floor in the same week. Able to operate amid ambiguity, shifting priorities and incomplete information. Strong English and Spanish (both written and spoken). Bachelor's degree. Desirable Prosci Certified Practitioner, CCMP, APMG Change Management Practitioner, or HCMBOOK. Certification is preferred, not a gate. Experience with route-to-market or distributor transformation. A second language relevant to the pilot markets.
